The name of the watch is a tribute to the Venetian submarine called Nereide which was built in the Royal Arsenale in 1913 and commissioned to the engineer De Bernardis by the Royal Navy during the First World War.
Nereide is also available in a special version, made with a ceramic bezel insert, an extremely resistant and shiny material.
This collection encases the Swiss Made MV285 caliber, a movement much appreciated by the most demanding collectors.
Nereide's characteristic design, marked by refined and vigorous features, has been combined with a new complication standing for technical innovation, the GMT function, that will allow you to become a true citizen of the world, by being constantly aware of how time runs on the rest of the Planet. Nereide GMT is equipped with the Swiss Made MV297 caliber, the most precious and decorated movement ever used by Meccaniche Veneziane.
