Power Reserve is perhaps the most useful and appreciated mechanical complication by watchmaking enthusiasts. The fourth hand covers the upper half of the dial, indicating the remaining hours the caliber will keep on running. In addition, the power reserve is indicated by a hand hinged to the main shaft of the movement, a rarity in the sector.
Date isn't displayed with disk at 3 o'clock, the fifth hand at 6 o'clock indicates the 31 days of the month. A circular finish on the date disk embellishes the sunray dial. To make it easier to read the dial, the fifth hand and the first day of the month are highlighted in the same color.
Redentore Riserva di Carica is equipped with automatic movement NE57. This movement belongs to the finest line of Seiko automatic calibers, which are manufactured by the company’s specialized division: “TMI”. This caliber features 5 hands that add two additional functions: Date at 6 o'clock and Power reserve indicator.

The Redentore case is characterized by its classic shapes and above all by the double finish. The deep satin and the polish finishes are obtained through the use of special brushes by skilled craftsmen who finish each individual surface through a completely manual process.
Several handmade steps are required to achieve a homogeneous result that passes the internal quality control process.
Il Redentore, is a 16th-century church located on Giudecca (island) in the sestiere of Dorsoduro, in the city of Venice, Italy. It was designed by the architect Andrea Palladio and built as a votive church to thank God for the deliverance of the city from a major outbreak of the plague. A depiction of the building is engraved on the caseback to pay homage to the famous architect.
